Randy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant, earning the designation in 2012. He adheres to a holistic approach to financial planning where it is imperative to consider the entire client situation rather than just solving for a number. He also believes in a "smart passive," long term investment philosophy.
Previously, Randy spent 25 years in the telecommunications industry. He held a variety of management positions across all aspects of the industry; operations, engineering, marketing, and executive. His unique experiences include the primary leadership position with an international consortium that developed an undersea telecommunications cable linking North America and Asia. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.
In addition, he attended the prestigious Advanced Technology Innovation Program at Carnegie-Mellon University and obtained his Certificate in Financial Planning from SMU. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He takes pride in providing a fiduciary level of care to clients.
